- Flight from Tampa to Detroit.
- Depart from Detroit to Amsterdam.

- Arrive in Amsterdam at 9:00am.
- Depart from Amsterdam to Hyderabad at noon.
February 8, 2006
- Arrive in Hyderabad at 1:00am.
- After a long wait for luggage, arrive at home at 3:00am.
- Sleep.
- Get-together with neighbours at night.
- Sleep.

- Grocery shopping, mall shopping etc.
- Drive through Hi-Tec City.
- Eat Street with mom in the evening.

- Picked up Gloria from the airport.
- Pearl shopping.
- Shopping at Hyderabad Central.
- Coffee at Durgam Cheruvu (aka Secret Lake).
- Picked up John from the airport at night.
- Dinner at Mal Goody.
- Drinks at 10 Downing Street.
- Back home and zzz…

- Salarjung Museum with John. Saw Jacob’s diamond.
- Drive through Charminar.
- Picked up Gloria and visited Birla Mandir.
- Brief visit to Lumbini Park.
- Dinner at Eat Street.
February 14, 2006
- Flight to Delhi.
- Met up with Shuwei at the airport, who had arrived from Goa.
- Walk around India Gate.
- Reached home, snacked and zzzzz…
February 15, 2006
- Tour van arrived early in the morning.
- Picked up John, Shuwei and Gloria from their hotel.
- Visited Qutub Minar.
- Drove through Old Delhi.
- Stopped by the Red Fort.
- Drove by the embassies.
- Stopped at the Gandhi Memorial.
- Lunch at Connaught Place.
- Stopped at the tourist office to make payments.
- Long drive to Agra.
- Arrived at Howard Grand Plaza at night.
- Had dinner in the hotel restaurant and then slept.
February 16, 2006
- Breakfast at the hotel and off to see the Taj Mahal.
- Arrived at intermediate stop; switched to electric bus.
- Reached the Taj Mahal and took a gazillion photos.
- Checked out marble handicrafts and bought a box.
- Tour of Agra Fort.
- Lunch.
- Off to Jaipur with a stop at Fatehpur Sikri.
- Arrived in Jaipur and checked into Hotel Maharani Palace.
- Dinner at the hotel restaurant and then zzz…

- Woke up and had breakfast at the hotel.
- Drove to Hawa Mahal (wind palace).
- Drove up the hill to Amber Palace.
- Encounter (and photographs) with an elephant.
- Visit to a carpet emporium.
- Drive to Jantar Mantar and the City Palace.
